Intellectual Property

Ohmx's molecular engineering and detection technology is based on intellectual property exclusively licensed from Clinical Micro Sensors, Inc., a subsidiary of Osmetech Molecular Diagnostics. 

Ohmx also holds a nonexclusive license to intellectual property owned by Harvard University in the field of self-assembled monolayers.  Ohmx is currently developing its own proprietary position by filing patent applications to improvements and complimentary applications of the technology.
